Effective June 1, 2007, KB Financial Services, Inc., will merge with The Merz Agency in Bellevue, Washington. This merger will enhance the services we will be able to offer our KB agents:

- Enhanced service due to a larger staff
- Additional Companies : MetLife Investors, Prudential (offers
non-cigarette smokers “Non Nicotine” rates), Transamerica Occidential Life, and U.S. Financial
Both Bob Merz and I will be available for advanced underwriting, joint interviews and case design. We can assist you in selecting the right product and the most saleable concept to assure a competitive edge.
At this time, both Genworth and Banner have agreed to transfer all agents from KB Financial to The Merz Agency – this means no additional paper work on your part. We are working with the other KB companies to do likewise.
